"Macros" refer to the Three Major Macronutrients your body needs and utilizes throughout the day:

CARBOHYDRATES provide the body with glucose, which is converted to energy used to support bodily functions and physical activities.

FATS help give your body energy, protect your organs, support cell growth, keep cholesterol and blood pressure under control, and help your body absorb vital nutrients.

Getting a clear understanding of how your body processes these macronutrients and uses what you take in as fuel is an enlightening process. It's never just as simple as calories in/calories out. STABILITY is the ability to maintain a joint in a fixed position or in a specific position across a range of motion.
